• An Engineering diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Automation.
• Hands-on experience in systems deployment, service engineering, technical support, and/or operations coordination.
• Capability to adjust to a shift-based support working environment.
• Experience working in Linux OS environment.
• Practical expertise in electrical and electronic wiring as well as mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with ROS is a plus.
• A Class 3/4 driving license will be an added advantage.

• Performing a daily inspection of lorry prior to operation (e.g. oil/water/fuel level check, tyre pressure, oil leakages, and others)
• Driving and operation of a lorry.Transport materials and goods according to the assigned schedule.
• Collection of goods from supplier or vendor to Company factory or Project Site.
• Ensure all products shipment with correct documentation (DO and etc)
• Keeping the lorry clean and organized, e.g. ensuring the decking platform is cleared of unwanted materials, etc..
• Complying with LTA Road Safety and traffic regulation.
• Complying with various site safety regulations and requirements.
• Keeps immediate supervisor informed of any activities, results of efforts, and problems identified; recommends corrective actions to immediate supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, emergency and preventative maintenance of crane truck.
• Troubleshoot crane problems to include brake, electrical and hydraulic systems, detect imperfections, potential problems, safety issues and/or malfunctions.
• Reassemble cranes and make all necessary adjustments for effective and safe operation.
• Interpret manufacturer's technical manuals to perform the necessary maintenance and repairs needed.
• Replace broken or defective parts from stock parts and/or order replacement parts for major repairs.
• Maintain an organized and neat work area.
• Cleaning of equipment and other areas as required.

Job Scope

- Attend to customers’ inquiry

- Prepare and process Air Export booking request

- Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premise

- Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers

- Mange customers’ expectations and complaints

- Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries

- Verify invoices from vendor

- Prepare customers’ report

Requirement

- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

- Must be able to work independently

- Must be able to converse in English for handling English speaking clients through email and phone

- Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work

- Willing to learn with good attitude
