Vendor Management:

· Manage vendors and ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, including evaluating vendors' solutions and industry best practices.

· Develop proof of concept with vendors to test ideas and new IT technologies.

Strategic Innovation and Risk Mitigation:

· Analyse business requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders to develop innovative IT solutions.

· Re-engineer current business processes through strategic innovation of IT services and applications.

· Implement cost control measures through productive use of IT applications and services.

· Monitor IT systems' performance, identify risks and threats, and propose strategic solutions for risk mitigation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage service provider performance assessments.
2. Oversee service quality management.
3. Conduct research on business policies and information.
4. Implement and manage business policies and marketing activities.
5. Manage after-sales channels, including ensuring the implementation and updating of store standards.
6. Develop and manage third-party service providers.
7. Facilitate the signing of after-sales service agreements with service providers.
8. Develop and manage the collection and recycling of used batteries.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or project management.
• At least 2 years of experience in after-sales operations management or related work at an OEM or automotive importer.
• Strong service awareness and communication/coordinating skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Produce and manage technical documents, including writing technical cases, monthly technical reports, updating PDI technical files, and managing inventory vehicle technical documents.
2. Manage market technical operations, including managing and improving service provider technical managers, internal training management, regular assessment management, technical capability evaluation and improvement, market survey analysis, localization promotion, and the implementation of company technical management regulations.
3. Provide claims support, including promoting technical determination of fault responsibility and pre-review of claim forms.
4. Follow up on technical projects, including managing and supporting technical projects and promoting market-oriented projects.
5. Manage quality, including collecting and organizing market issues and following up on difficult problems with relevant departments at headquarters.

Recruitment Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in relevant field such as Electrical Engineer..
• At least 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or and after-sales technical management.
• Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
• Preferable with class 3 driving licece.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese in order to liaise with HQ colleague from China.
