• Ensure accurate and timely data entry for tracking shipments, processing orders, and providing quotes.
• Work closely with customs brokers to help clear goods through customs, providing necessary documentation and information as needed.
• Monitor shipments from the point of origin to the final destination, proactively communicating any delays and managing client expectations.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions to enhance their logistics experience.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Lead and execute strategic supply chain projects in APAC, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
• Develop business cases, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and manage comprehensive project plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Apply advanced project management methodologies and address resource and capability gaps.
• Manage risks, interdependencies, and stakeholder communication, including status updates and scope changes.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their capabilities and engagement.

Continuous Improvement

• Plan and implement cost-reduction and process improvement projects.
• Lead Lean methodology training (Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping).

Essential Skills.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE II)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in leading Warehouse and Logistics projects within medical device/healthcare/pharma industry
• User experience in SAP SD/MM/APO
• Knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain from demand/supply/warehousing/order fulfillment/last-mile delivery
• Practical knowledge and experience with CI tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and similar tools and methods are preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified advantageous
• Good understanding of financial processes and be able to establish business cases, cost-benefit analysis & ROI
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
• 25% Travel.
