Job Description:We are looking for a responsible Class 3 or Class 4 Delivery Driver to join our team. You will play a critical role in transporting goods safely and efficiently, assisting with loading and unloading, and ensuring a smooth delivery process. This role requires attention to safety standards, great customer service skills, and the ability to manage delivery paperwork accurately.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Safely transport goods between designated locations and ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods, handling items carefully to avoid damage.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and address delivery-related questions.
• Plan routes to maximize delivery efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Requirements:

• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving licence better
• Familiar with Singapore route
• Physically fit (need to carry heavy loads)
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday
• Able to work night shift

The scope of duties:

• Responsible for Sales contracts covering drafting contracts, signing and archiving.
• Co-ordinating the shipments with suppliers and customers (Observe Incoterms);
• Co-ordination, preparation, handling of contractual shipping documents via LC or direct presentation, Bill of Lading/Railway B/L, invoices, Certificates of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Weight, Draft survey report, Laytime Calculations and Demurrage / Dispatch Settlements.
• Invoicing and collection funds while observing and maintaining contractual payment terms (L/C, prepayment, cash against documents).
• Liaising with freight forwarders, agents.
• Reporting: daily report, shipping list, exposure list;
• Insuring Cargos whilst observing Incoterms;
• Updating Internal system SAP;
• KYC know your customer.
• Archiving of documents.
