What you’ll do

We are seeking an Executive Sourcing Partner to play a pivotal role in building our world-class leadership team as we scale globally. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership to map, source, and attract exceptional talent for critical positions across Product, Engineering, Design, Corporate, and Commercial functions.

Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and attract talent for roles across all departments and functions in Airwallex
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
• Use sourcing data and recruitment metrics to inform and optimize the sourcing strategy and drive improvements in sourcing efficiency.
• Conduct research to map out companies and markets, identify potential talent pools, and provide insights into industry trends.
• Evaluate candidate profiles beyond technical skills - we seek individuals who form clear perspectives and can constructively defend their positions through data and reasoning.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by informing them of timely recruitment updates and demonstrating our commitment to Taking Ownership through proactive communication and accountability.

Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a sourcing or research role focused on senior/executive level candidates (VP or C-level), preferably in a fast-paced, growth stage environment with a high talent bar
• Ability to ramp up on new domains in a short time and ask the right questions to build alignment with hiring teams
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive recruiting partners
• Current or former work experience at a SHREK firm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build confidence and trust
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a global setting
• Knowledge of global and local hiring trends, particularly in the tech and fintech industries.
• Strong data analysis skills to track and improve sourcing metrics and strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to engage candidates effectively.
• A bachelor’s degree

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong experience sourcing for technical, strategy and commercial leadership roles

Class 4/5 Prime Mover Drivers

Job Details:

• 6 days work week (from 6:00 am)
• Driving to/from PSA port
• Transport Containerised and loose Cargoes
• To check and confirm the documentation e.g. delivery notes, pick up orders etc
• Endorsing of permits at customs checkpoint
• Vehicle maintenance and housekeeping

• Possess valid Class 4/5 licence
• Hardworking, Polite, Good working attitude
• Experienced with Prime Mover

Job Description

• Diagnose and troubleshoot fault codes using advanced diagnostic equipment and specialized EV technical tools to identify and resolve issues in electric drivetrains, battery systems, and onboard electronics.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks on electric vehicles (EVs) to ensure optimal performance, safety standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Service and repair all types of electric vehicles (EVs), including battery management systems, electric motors, regenerative braking systems, and other key EV components.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as battery charging system inspections, software updates, tire rotations, brake system servicing, and fluid replacements.
• Specialized service and repair of both luxury and mainstream EV brands, including European, Asian, and North American manufacturers, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of evolving EV technologies.

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Working location / hour : UBI - Monday to Saturday (9.00am - 6.00pm)

Job scope:

• To pick up wheelchair passengers to their place of destination.
• To provide safe and comfort ride.
• To maintain vehicle cleanliness at all times.
• Season, Parking, Fuel, maintenance expense to be under company.
