• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of car detailers to achieve timely delivery and quality work.
• Establish clear sales goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall targets.
• Regularly assess the performance of car detailers, providing feedback, guidance, and support to help them achieve their targets.
• Provide training and development opportunities to salesmen to enhance their skills and improve sales performance.
• Oversee the management of sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
• Manage the sales department's budget, ensuring expenses are controlled and financial targets are met.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting performance against targets, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends

Job Requirements

• More than 5 years in the car wash/polish/ceramic coating field is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Proven track record in sales in the automotive industry, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, sales performance, and financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Possessing a valid class 3 Singapore driving license is a must.

Job Description

• Loading and sorting of packages at Central Kitchen / Tai Seng Office prior to delivery
• Assist event team to do packing in Central Kitchen / Tai Seng office for events
• Setup and Tear-down of events at different locations when needed
• Perform timely pickups and deliveries for the company-assigned areas
• Drive company vehicles for delivery and events operations
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness of delivery vehicle
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Company

Job Requirements

• Valid Class 3 Driving License, need to be familiar with Singapore routes
• Prefers have working experience in F&B
• Prefers to hold a recognized Basic food hygienic certification
• Outgoing personality and highly motivated and take initiative
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when event operation needed
• Unable to drive company vehicle back home; start and end your day at Tai Seng office
• Primary task is Driver, Secondary is Support on Event Operation
• Working days: 5 days / 5.5 days / 6 days per week

About the Job:

• Handling air export shipments and bookings
• Prompt updating and preparation of on-hand cargo reports
• Verifying and tallying cargo before export
• Arrange collection and deliveries of freight for international air export moves
• Checking of Goods Received for export
• Preparing shipment documents and permits
