As a Logistics Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient movement of goods within our supply chain. Key Responsibilities:

   Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., vehicle maintenance, workplace safety).
   
5. Administrative Duties:Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including delivery notes and vehicle logs.
   Generate reports on key performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery rates, inventory accuracy).
   Manage customer inquiries and provide updates on delivery statuses.
   

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of cold chain logistics (preferred but not mandatory).

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Work with regional Demand Management team as partners to review forecasts trending to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.

Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Ship Broker located in Penjuru. Our client is a listing of companies concerned with shipping, bunkers/supplies, freight forwarding, maritime and supporting industries and you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of ship chartering and negotiations, including securing clients, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth contract execution. Responsibilities include developing chartering frameworks, handling inquiries, providing shipping information, and coordinating with ship owners, cargo owners, and traders. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Check used car purchase and sales folder (export, local retail sale, and local wholesale) for payment, documentation, approval, etc
• Process full settlement of customer's used car traded in
• Update excel control list for used car sale and purchase details
• Issue invoices for used cars sold
• Process payment for direct used car purchase
• Process number retention, number replacement, ownership transfer, and de-registration of vehicles
• Process refund of overpayment to customer and payment to customers for direct purchase of used car
• Compile LTA purple forms for submission to LTA
• Posting of bank-in slips, credit cards, and Nets payments
• Posting of temporary transfer of ownership charges and all payment vouchers relating to the sale of used car
• Compute purchaser commission, car commission, and finance commission
• Other duties as and when assign

Job Requirement:

• Possess minimum Nitec in Accounting / Business Administration with at least 2 years of related experience

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will be providing leadership and direction to the multiple apparel sourcing development teams in country who are responsible for building strong vendor partnerships, ensuring that all products are developed on time and in line with the brand’s creative and strategic direction. You will work with the Asia Product Supply Sourcing leadership in the hub, to co-create the category (Apparel)sourcing strategy for your production country. You will play a key role in advocating for, and developing the country’s vendor base to support VFs product supply objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: (but not limited to)

• Manage vendor partnerships in the region, to support the product development processes of the brands while optimizing performance across the category
• Co-create (with product supply hub and country leadership) and drive execution against seasonal and longer term vendor strategies for Apparel in region
• Plan & optimize apparel team resource allocation in your region and ensure the team is fully aware of their respective roles & responsibilities
• Enhancing and advocating for vendors’ capabilities and use of new technologies, to drive innovation of process and product
• Keeping abreast of the industry trends, new products, innovation, competitor activities, market risks etc. in the region for the category and proactively bringing opportunities and solutions for VFs current and future needs.
• Communicating proactively with cross functional stakeholders, when there are development concerns raised – and provide solutions where possible, to rectify, whilst maintaining set calendar dates
• Collaboration with all ‘in country’ internal stakeholders across Production, Global Material Supply, Compliance, Responsible Sourcing, Product Stewardship, Logistics and Quality teams to ensure the Delivery of all set KPIs.
