· Liaise with external WH on any shipment related issues such as SUT, pack code and documentation.

· Review escalation of issues from customers' or shippers' and reviews complaints regarding distribution services.

· Attend daily logistic meeting to update shipping documents KPI and findings to the team.

· Initiate and manage projects related to service, efficiency and / or savings improvements and drive all team members to engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives for their respective area of responsibility.

· Opportunity to understand and experience full range of shipping documents such as E Form D, ACWS, Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit etc
