• Assist clients with transferring and ensure safety in transportation.
• Assist Centre Manager in transportation planning.
• Assist clients and family members into transportation matters and coordinate with team.
• Establish vehicle maintenance/inspection schedules and ensure vehicle is well-maintained.
• Complete and follows up on all administration matters related to vehicle timely for example renewal of road tax.
• Assist to maintain cleanliness and disinfection of the premises and vehicles including tools when requires.
• Perform other driving dispatch or ferrying duties when assigned.
• Escort clients between centre and other destinations with or without transport.

Qualifications

• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or relevant certification in Healthcare will be advantageous
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Possess a Vocational License.
• Has experience in driving seniors and people with disabilities will be advantageous.
• Reliable team member, possess positive work, good interpersonal skills and fit for driving.
• Patience and likes working with people with disabilities/dementia as well as their families.
• Willing to work staggered shifts according to Centre operating hours.

2. To coordinate with co-loaders, support export/import/cross trade shipments and updating of shipping status.
3. To ensure all dangerous goods handling and live animals handling are according to SOP and IATA regulations.
4. To ensure all air/sea freight shipment (pick up & deliveries) are performed according to SOP and provide timely updates and constant support to customers.
5. To ensure the office and warehouse premises are secured at all times.
6. To attend to all phone calls and emails promptly.
7. To deliver proactive and efficient service level for all shipments.
8. To secure all company's property, information, safeguard goods and customers' data at all times.
9. To work closely with Sales team to identify potential business opportunities for new businesses.
10. To rotate standby duties for after office hours emergency calls.
11. To carry out any other duties as may be expected in a post of this level.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Safely drive guests to designated locations, including airports, restaurants, attractions, and other destinations, in accordance with their requests and the hotel’s policies.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times, ensuring it is presentable and in good working condition.
• Provide assistance with loading and unloading luggage or any other items as required.
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times.
• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanour, addressing their needs and preferences with promptness and attentiveness.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and hotel policies to ensure the safety of guests.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the concierge team, front desk, and other hotel departments to coordinate transportation arrangements.
• Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle, checking for any issues or concerns that may affect safety or performance.
• Keep abreast of changes in transportation schedules, road conditions, and local events.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Preferably with experience working in similar capacity and in hotel industry.
• Good communication skills and enjoys interaction with guests.
• Knowledge of local roads, routes, and attractions.
• Candidate must be able to work on rotational shift including weekends and public holidays.
