• Minimum Degree major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in global freight forwarding company with at least 5 years’ leadership experience in new business development.
• Deep understanding on the logistics business (Air, Ocean, Local Transportation, etc)
• Ability to lead negotiations.
• Strong network connection with local transportation / Air-industry / Ocean-freight service providers in South East Asia.

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Accepting payments for delivered items.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle
• Perform the job assigned by operation team
• Report any accidents, violations or detect to office
• Possess adequate knowledge of the Land Transport Authority (LTA) and traffic rules to ensure compliance
• Transport staffs, workers, passengers in a safe and sound manner

Requirements:

• 3 years of driving experience in Singapore
• Valid class 4 driving license
• Valid BDVL (Vocational License)
• Possess a good working attitude
