• coordinate with 3PL partners on shipment arrangements
• process all logistics/shipment documentations (packing list, insurances, invoices, waybill etc.)
• facilitate and manage any irregularities in shipment scheduling

skills and experience required

• familiar with SAP and Incoterms
• min. 2 years of logistics coordination experiences
• willing to travel to Malaysia for half-day business trips when required

Responsibilities:

• Check and pack products according to Invoices/Delivery Orders before commencing delivery
• Report any discrepancy/damage of products discovered before/during delivery to immediate superior.
• Delivery of goods to internal/external customers and maintain a professional courteous image.
• Ensure the goods arrive at customer places on time and in good condition.
• Clean and maintain Company vehicles after used.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Prerequisites:

• Possess a valid Class 3/4 Singapore Driving Licence
• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar capacity
• Able to read and understand simple English
• Able to carry products up to 15kg
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to meet delivery schedule
• Team player with sense of urgency

1. Receive and process incoming inventory and goods, including unloading, validating, and storing items
2. Responsible for taking stock of goods and maintaining inventory records to ensure stock is correct.
3. Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Assist in keeping the warehouse and work area clean and tidy.
5. Perform ad-hoc delivery duties.
6. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager job requirements
