Key Responsibilities:

• Checking of the delivery items matches and tally with the delivery order notes.
• Updating the field operation manager on the daily progress of work.
• Answer the phone whenever the operations teams call.
• Getting the customer’s signature and photo as proof of delivery at the time of delivery.
• Keeping the DOs and ensuring that the paperwork is neat.
• Proper safekeeping for invoice submission.
• Punctuality is the top priority.
• Strictly follow time slots.
• Proper housekeeping of the company van. Always neat and tidy.
• Company lorry to be used strictly for work purposes only though you may drive back the lorry.
• Being Flexible to changes in duties or timing if there is a need by the company.
• Do not violate company rules or LTA law by any means.

Requirements:

• Valid professional driver’s license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
