Salary: 3000-4200 (salary package)
Location: AIMS Building, Singapore 609195
working time: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm.
Job scope:
-Oversee the Supply Chain Department: Manage and supervise all activities within the supply chain department, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
-Manage Customer Enquiries: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate information regarding order status, inventory, and delivery timelines.
-Follow Up on Customer Payments: Monitor and track customer payments, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing any payment-related issues to maintain cash flow.
-Place Orders for Supply Chain Department: Coordinate and place orders for raw materials, products, and supplies needed to meet operational demands, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
-Aid the Team in Generating Invoices: Support the team in generating accurate invoices for orders, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and processed for financial records.
Job requirement:
-Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
-Education: DIploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
