OVERVIEW

The role of a driver in DAC is to provide safe driving and high standard of safety and care for staff and clients. The driver is also required to assist the DAC’s general office in documents despatch services, logistical transportation and other general works support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Transport Assignments which includes:

• Coordinate and organise sales meetings and events to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage and support daily sales-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate the sales process promptly and efficiently upon receipt of Purchase Orders.
• Assist in taking minutes during meetings, documenting key discussion points, and action items for follow-up.
• Provide support to the sales team in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
• Prepare quotations and invoices in a timely manner.
• Asist the sales team by compiling and organising necessary documentation for client interactions and field support.
• Work in tandem with the sales team to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Focus on administrative duties to ensure the seamless operation of the sales back-end functions.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the sales team

Job Description :

Monitor and Coordinate timely arrival of spares to meet flowchart target
Coordinate the arrangement of component loans or exchanges.
Liaising with customers, stakeholders and material department to provide solutions for all materials issues.
Prepare purchasing requisition for repair or procurement.
Coordinate the arrangement of component loans or exchanges.
Create and update maintenance plans to meet compliance requirements
Plan maintenance checks and prepare work packages.
Implement and monitor customers’ programs for modifications, special inspections, and component removals
Verify and confirm work requirements meet customers’ contractual, statutory and technical specifications.
Maintain configuration of customers’ rotables on aircraft & engines using the computerized database.

Job requirement:

Able to commit rotating shifts (Morning & afternoon shifts), if applicable
Min. 4 years’ experience or more in aviation aircraft planning.
Adaptable and able to work in a team

Possess Bachelor degree or Diploma qualifications in Aerospace Engineering/Aerospace Electronics/ Aerospace Avionics Engineering/ Aeronautical Engineering
