• Liaise with various departments on planning, delivery, quality, engineering and registration matters
• Provide design and administrative support in marketing materials and corporate website
• Any other sales administration and marketing related duties as assigned

WORKING HOURS:

• 5 days work week, Day shifts.
• 8am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Relevant working experience in manufacturing sector

Job Description

1. Responsible to chauffeur chairman and chairman’s family members for daily activities.

2. Fetch and accompany company's VIPs from overseas.

3. Provide chauffeur service to management.

4. Ensure vehicles are well maintained and meet all safety requirements.

5. Run errands.

6. Assist in office administrative work.

7. Any other ad-hoc assignments as when required.

Job Requirements

1. At least 10 years of healthy driving records.

2. Good working attitude.

3. Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking guests (as the case maybe).

4. Willing to OT when needed - OT allowance given.
