· Liaise & co-ordinate with overseas agents / customers / hauliers / warehouse to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.

Requirements:

· Possess min Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/other discipline.

· Preferably with at least 6 year(s) of working experience in this position.

· Good organizational and co-ordination skills.

· Able to work independently as well as a good team player.

· Good interpersonal, communication and telephone etiquette skills.

· Bilingual in English and Chinese.

What you'll be doing

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Represent the company in person, visiting hospitals to show concern and support for injured customers
• Attend funeral services or wakes for fatal cases, as necessary, to demonstrate empathy and respect.
