About the role
The primary goal of the Sourcing Team Lead is to ensure the delivery of a best-in-class recruitment service to our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Recruiters and Long Listers responsible for sourcing and screening candidates across multiple external and internal sources.
- Take the lead on the development and roll out of strategic initiatives and promote innovation within the team
- Utilize data and market insights to advise and assist the client in understanding the candidate market and manage expectations on pipelines.
- Advise on and deploy recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques, paying close attention to market trends and their impact. Advise on skill requirements and creative outreach campaigns to fulfill the client hiring needs across the region.
- Consolidate and share market intelligence as applicable to the clients hiring needs and industry.
- Deliver recruitment metrics as per agreed SLAs
- Create, review and update recruitment processes to ensure the team follow consistent best practice and compliance requirements
- Provide guidance and training to recruiters on recruitment best practices, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance of the hiring process and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) utilization and CRM tools.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention
Team Management
- Set goals and objectives for the team that are measurable and achievable, allowing for stretch to develop
- Carry out bi-annual performance reviews, setting/reviewing objectives and managing performance.
- Take ownership of general team management, including the management of attendance and performance challenges
- Ensure the team are motivated and supported to achieve improved results
Key Information
- Experience in leading a recruitment team successfully across multiple markets.
- 3+ years operating in a leadership/management role
- Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System such as SuccessFactors, Workday, etc
- A people leader that collaborates across all levels to deliver successfully as a team
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, human resources, and candidates
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- An understanding of recruitment metrics and a passion in using data to drive insights
- Experience with CRM tools such as Avature.
