- Provide feedback on market conditions, client feedback, and sales challenges to senior management.

Qualifications:

⁠ ⁠Experience:

1.⁠ ⁠Minimum of 2 years of business development experience in air freight and cross-border trucking. Proven success in building new client relationships and closing new business.

⁠ ⁠Education:

1.⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree or Graduate degree

⁠ ⁠Skills:

1.⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of air freight sales and cross-border trucking sales

2.⁠ ⁠Exceptional prospecting, cold-calling, and lead-generation abilities.

3.⁠ ⁠Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts, pricing, and closing deals.

4.⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

5.⁠ ⁠Strong self-motivation with a results-driven mindset and ability to work autonomously.
