The Challenges:

• Handling full-set of accounts including AP/AR
• Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes for customers
• Prepare payment and receipt in daily basis
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing of ledger systems
• Preparation of GST report/ monthly management reporting/ bank reconciliation and journal entries
• Liaise with Operations team on accounting-related matters
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

What It Takes:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with knowledge for full set of accounts required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to converse well in English
• Initiative and ability to work well in a team-based environment with a positive attitude but good to also possess the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Detail-oriented with good organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills

General

• Operate lorry crane (License if possessed)
• Load and unload goods at designated sites
• Assisting with the loading and offloading of materials (pipes, drums, manholes and etc.)
• Drive the lorry crane from Sugei Kadut to construction sites and back
• Perform basic maintenance / up keeping of vehicle
• Responsible for timely delivery/pick up, safety of vehicle and traffic management plans at site.
• Assist with general ground work on site, when driving/crane operation is not required.

Requirements

• Possess a Singapore Class 4/5 driving license.
• Must possess valid safety certificate
• Valid Lorry Carne Operation Cert would be an advantage
• Possess with WSQ-Perform Rigger and Signalman Task and Lifting Supervisor Course will be an added advantage
• At least 3 years and above of experience driving Heavy vehicle/operating lorry cranes
• Punctual, ensure timely delivery of goods in accordance to assigned schedule
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Physically fit, willing to work, positive attitude
• Must be Able to work 6-day week
• Flexible working hours
• Willing to work long hours, night work, overtime and Sunday work if required
