• Close follow up with vendors for status of delivery.
• Arrange shipment or delivery when order is ready, check and prepare shipping documents to freight in the orders.
• Receipt of goods, liaising with warehouse / driver for goods delivery or export.
• Prepare Delivery orders / shipping documents, and submit invoices to customers.
• Close communication with customers / vendors.
• Administative duties and stock management.
• Updating database and activity reports on regular basis or as and when required by superior or management.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Professional Certificate / Diploma
• Minimum 1-2 years related experience, fresh graduate with relevant qualification will be considered.
• Fluent in English communication, both oral and written
• Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel), Customer-driven, service-oriented, proactive, self-motivated and a good team player
• Detailed, discipline, willing to learn, and able to work and perform under pressure in a fast pace environment.
• Sound judgement and good working attitude.
• Remuneration package is commensurate with qualification & experience.
