Main Responsibilities:

• Enforce food safety & quality systems (e.g. ISO 22000, GMP)
• Liaise directly with customers on quality / food safety issues, feedback
• Establish & ensure accuracy of information / documents (eg. product specifications) provided to customer
• Establish and improve food safety systems & standard of procedure ( SOP )
• Conduct food safety audits and ensure product consistency
• Work with R&D and Production to ensure smooth execution of new products developed to mass production
• Handle food safety and Halal audits by customers, AVA, MUIS etc Microbial testing knowledge required
• Work with Group QA/QC head to set corporate wide target and focus area
• Develop corporate wide retail product quality monitoring system (e.g. consumer complaint system; market quality monitoring system)
• Support marketing team in customer/consumer quality complaint handling

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or Microbiology.

· 7 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management, preferably in Food Industry.

· Experience in cross countries / regional role with interaction to Senior Supply Chain or Business Management.

· Experience in managing food safety and/or quality issues including direct communication to consumer/customer.

· Knowledge and understanding of applicable legislation and standards across multiple international jurisdictions.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Our client is a well-established market leader in the FMCG industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Warehouse Officer to join their warehouse team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Jobs Scope:

• Perform receiving and QC checks, updating records in WMS/QC systems.
• Ensure items meet quality standards and manage quality photos in reports.
• Reject non-compliant items, handle disposal, and prevent store delivery of such products.
• Train new staff on fruit quality checks and handle administrative tasks like orders and feedback.
• Carry cartons (up to 20 kg) and operate MHE for pallet movements.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and other assigned duties.

Requirement:

• Min 1 year of warehouse experience
• Comfortable with rotating shift
