• Maintain/improve merchandising and marketing efforts
• Provide responsive feedback during outlet visits
• Report on merchandising efforts on a daily basis
• Build good relationships with outlets
• Conduct stock counts and replenishment orders
• Assist in product returns / small item deliveries
• Assist in ecommerce processing (packing, responding to online queries)
• Set up and manage roadshows and events (ad hoc basis)
• Support the sales & marketing team in any other related tasks

Main Responsibilities:

· Warehouse Assistant Role: Assist maintain and manage the stock inventory in warehouse including packing, picking and checking of stock for delivery.

· Delivery Driver Role: Assist to deliver goods to all department stores on times including loading and unloading works. Known Singapore route map well.

· Healthy body able to carry at max of 30kg of stock when needed.

· Diligent with good attitude.

· Some Warehousing or Delivery experiences prefer

· At least a class 3 Singapore driving license.

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Key Account Executive, Air Freight to join their warehouse team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Responsibilities of Key Account Executive, Air Freight:

• Manage and coordinate shipment workflows and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and departments to ensure accurate shipment execution.
• Monitor payments, resolve discrepancies, and foster strong customer relationships.
• Address operational issues to meet customer requirements and resolve complaints.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Min 2 years of experience in account management, with similar setting
• Comfortable to work with alternate Saturday
