Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Freight Forwarding industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Warehouse Admin to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in picking & packing as per customer order.
• Managing daily warehouse operations and conducting cycle counts.
• Ensuring accuracy and quality in both receiving and delivering items.
• Liaise with both internal and external parties for logistics matters.
• Handling freight inquiries and comparing services.
• Maintaining warehouse facilities, safety standards, and equipment.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in logistics / supply chain or other related field of studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Process purchase orders and requisition

• Co-ordinate purchases of all raw materials and equipment

• Source and evaluate suppliers' performance

• Negotiate contracts, keeping within budgetary requirements

• Formulate purchasing procedures, policies and documentation system

• Perform data entry for purchases and other administrative duties

• Liaise closely with Production Planning and Store to achieve stock availability at all times

• Any other tasks assigned by superior time to time

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
