RESPONSIBILITIES

To maintain the headend, fixed network (microwave and fibre contribution/distribution)  and undertake related projects required for business needs. Ensure proper preventive maintenance is carried out to achieve high service availability. The Senior/Engineer of Headend & Distribution is responsible for operating the headend and fixed network (microwave and fibre contribution/distribution) and undertake related projects required for business needs. He shall ensure proper preventive maintenance is carried out to achieve high service availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and project management, including drafting specifications and evaluating technical proposal
• Provide technical support to operations in resolving issues, troubleshooting system configuration
• Perform maintenance of MATV/IPTV system, the contribution and microwave system and overseeing projects to upkeep the system
• Testing of new or replaced equipment and performing monthly maintenance such as parameter check, and or system upgrading duties
• Liaise with vendors to resolve faults and follow ups on installation or dismantle of equipment and upgrading and repairs
• Render support to big events (e.g., events of national significant such as elections, NDP/NDR, etc.)
• Performing standby 24x7 duty as and when necessary

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or any related discipline
• 2 years of experience required in relevant industries
• Knowledge in network, computer, video transport technologies, audio, video and broadcasting system
• Good project management and computer network skill

• Location: West Singapore
• 5.5 days work week
• Basic up to $2100 + OT
• Gross up to $3k+
• Bonus provided

Job Scope:

• Loading & unloading using forklift license
• Stock check & stock count
• Ensure goods received/delivered are in good condition and being checked & tally as per order
• Ensure goods are being readily delivered based on order received
• Shifting of goods and placed/stored them properly in designated storage area.

Job Requirement:

• Prefer to have forklift license
• Able to commit overtime

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute regular reviews of planning parameters, updating inventory control parameters for products in the ADC.
• Actively identify and propose improvements to global policies for inventory management at the regional distribution center.
• Collaborate actively with suppliers to enhance availability and reduce logistics costs while minimizing inventory levels and working capital.
• Work closely with the country planner to align on forecasts, lead times, customer orders, and new materials.
• Lead and support the Planning and Inventory Control team.
• Monitor and resolve escalated issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize the impact on customer satisfaction.
• Design and maintain reports for operational and analytical use, including backorder reports, PO reports, inventory lists, short-shelf-life inventory reports, and non-moving item reports to provide visibility of orders and stocks to the planning team and stakeholders.
• Update, analyze, and report performance indicators related to service levels and inventory management performance of the ADC, driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily operations of purchase orders.
• Generate purchase orders for factories/EDC/NADC and monitor order status to ensure timely goods receipt.
• Communicate scheduled delivery dates and related changes to stakeholders promptly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders for inbound shipment booking, tracking, and customs clearance to ensure on-time arrival.
• Collaborate with forwarders to resolve cargo damage and insurance claims.
• Actively contribute to the documentation and maintenance of work instructions and procedures and participate and/or lead in relevant projects.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and providing training support.

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Logistics or business related fields
• Minimum 5-7 years of Supply Chain Planning and purchase order management experience including team management
• Good knowledge of supply chain management such as forecast and planning, inventory management, air and ocean freight, import and export trade compliance, etc.
• Experienced user of material requirements planning (MRP) and ERP systems. SAP is preferred.
• Organized, Structured, Analytical and Data-driven mindset
