Main Responsibilities:

• To prepare the shipping documents (PI/PL) for export shipments
• To provide shipping marks to warehouse to do the labelling.
• To assist to arrange fumigation vendor to do fumigation for wooden pallet to be exported to countries require fumigation certificate.
• To assist to verify the transporter invoices to ensure no overbilling before sending to accounts department to process for payment.
• To ensure all orders have been posted out from Navision to generate the Delivery
• Order.
• To work closely with forwarder agent and maintain good rapport to obtain the best rate and service from the forwarder.
• To work closely with storekeepers and build good relationship with each other to work as a team.
• To give full support to the purchasers, admin and accounts if require any assistance.
