To assist Manager in various aspects of supply chain functions.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. Coordination with internal and external parties (customers, vendors, and freight forwarding companies)
2. Arrangement of daily shipment.
3. Preparation of full set of shipping documents for export and import
4. Management of Customer and supplier for order follow up, delivery etc.
5. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain management / material management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good self-discipline, positive working attitude, good team player
• Able to multi-task
• Proficiency in Computer literacy
• A team player who is self-disciplined, good leadership qualities, resourceful and problem solver

Delivery Driver

We are a wholesale company and we are looking for a delivery driver.

- To drive a van (Toyota Hiace) for goods deliveries

- You will deliver fast-moving consumer goods, medical items, etc., to shops, hospitals, hotels

- Possess a Class 3 driving licence with a good driving record

- Able to work independently when doing deliveries

- Able to plan your own delivery route in order to maximise the number of stops delivered

- Able to take good care of our company vehicle

- Patient and courteous on the roads

- Polite and helpful to customers when doing deliveries

- 5-day work week (Mon-Fri 8.30am - 6pm)

- Salary negotiable

- $5/day lunch benefit

Class 4 Driver

Description

• Drive team to site
• Support team by helping with traffic setup and traffic diversion
• No entry into the manhole is required

Requirements

• No experience required. On the job training will be provided
• Physically fit

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 17:30pm

*timing is just a reference

• 2 Saturdays off a month: 8:00am to 17:30pm
• You are entitled to overtime pay if you work beyond 40 hours, for weeks without Saturday, and 48 hours, for weeks with Saturday

Compensation

• Monthly Salary: $1,800 to $1,900
• Performance Allowance: $200
• Attendance Allowance: $200
• Driving Allowance: $300
