Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the accounts receivable team for credit control and collection functions.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing to customers i.e. invoicing and receipts are compliance with AR procedures and in in accordance to the IRAS requirements
• Prepare monthly aging reports and ensure timely closing of revenues and vehicle stock books
• Perform periodic checks on journal entries and review commission collection and payment status
• Conduct review on monthly balance sheet accounts to identify potential risks
• Ensure accurate posting of all daily bank-in transactions to report daily cashflow status and updating all receivable records
• Assist in internal and external audit exercises

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/CAT with 4 years of supervisory experience
• A team player with strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet reporting deadlines
• Able to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify areas for improvement on work processes
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word

Job Responsibilities

• Focusing on Capability Development of New Vehicle (e.g. Electric Vehicle) and to perform High Value component fault finding, diagnosis and repair (e.g. engine, turbo system, CAN bus, etc)

Job Requirements

• At least Diploma in Engineering field (Automotive or Electrical)
• Preferably possess relevant automotive working experience
• Able to use Electronic Diagnostic tools
• Able to understand Engineering systems theory, Mechanical, Electrical and Electrical drawings
• Experience in leading a team of technicians, briefing and guidance of technicians, distribution and control of works

Procurement:

• Source and identify suppliers for direct/indirect materials/services to expand the supplier base and meet new project/production needs.
• Obtain quotes from newly sourced suppliers to achieve competitive costing and continuous cost reduction.
• Lead periodic price negotiations with suppliers to ensure competitiveness in material/service costs.
• Conduct supplier qualification audits and parts qualification to ensure suppliers meet company requirements.
