Requirements

• Strong understanding of Service Supply Chain management principles, Service Logistics aftermarket operations, and equipped with strong training and IT implementation skills
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (preferably from a warehouse operations perspective) with some basic experience in warehousing and transport solution design (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability for quantitative analysis and modeling
• Good communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, interpersonal and intercultural skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups on region-wide projects
• A positive and contributory attitude and strong team player
• A results-oriented multi-tasker with the ability to work under stress and tight deadlines while maintaining performance
• Total dedication to, and focus upon, servicing and supporting both internal and external customers; has the ability to work close together with other functional disciplines

• Computer literate (SQL ,Oracle, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with a comprehensive knowledge of DHL systems relating to customer service. It is expected that the individual will have exceptional skills in PowerPoint and Word

Supply Chain Planner (North/1 Year Contract/Up to $5500)

Regional Supply Planner:

• Inventory optimization for import finished goods
• Maintain planning parameters for data integrity & operation excellence
• Command good MRP / ERP planning knowledge
• Review and convert purchase requisition/planned orders, and manage MRP exception (Reschedule In/Reschedule Out & Cancellation)
• Identify supply gap & recovery
• Follow up with logistics for incoming shipments
• Generate regional KPI reports and perform analysis
• Result driven for KPI (Inventory & Obsolescence, Backorder and On-Time-in-Full)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain / Engineering / Business Administration or related field
• 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain roles
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Dynamic, well planning result-oriented and pro-active in finding solutions for improvement.
• Experience of knowledge with MS word and PowerPoint, high skill in MS Excel
• Experience in Python, excel macro, VBA, RPA / Power BI is preferred
• Team player with ability to work under time pressure

Responsibilities

• Assist (Total Gas Chemical Management) logistics and store operations
• Liaising with supplier and waste contractor for delivery & truck off activities
• Support inventory officer for Daily/ weekly/ monthly inventory reports
• Store check to ensure sufficient Chemical/Gas materials for customer usage and comply to hazardous permit requirement
• Chemical/Gas goods receiving in according to customer requirements; on site allocation to each store room
• Supervise waste dispose and truck off works
• Perform E-tracking for waste management
• Document, unique identification and labeling, documentation & SAP management on chemical/gas inventory based on FIFO
• Handle of GR / GI work
• Delivery of chemical/ gas goods to designated location within the fab
• To support inventory officer to maintain proper records and documentation of all inventory reports
• Perform any other duty as and when required by management team

Requirements

• GCE "O” level or above;
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Application
• Proficiency in SAP & familiar with SharePoint
• Strong leadership, planning and inventory management skills
• Willing to work overtime, weekend and PH when required
• Able to operate reach truck / forklift
