Operations Assistant will be responsible for documentation for billing, procurement, parts issuance and costs tracking, as well as assisting in handling customers’ service request and tasking operations.

He/she will also be assisting in general administrative functions such as assisting the General Manager in preparation of tender documents and meetings arrangements, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily activities of baggage handlers and other support staff.
• Ensure that staff follow all safety and operational procedures.
• Monitor the flow of baggage to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all baggage handling activities comply with airport regulations and safety standards.
• Address and resolve baggage-related customer complaints and issues.
• Ensure a high level of service is provided to passengers.
• Coordinate with other airport departments, such as security and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with airline representatives and ground handling companies.
• Address operational issues and disruptions quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Aviation/Aerospace related disciplines or other relevant qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

· Panel beating of damage surface, paint preparation, spray painting of heavy vehicles such as 12m buses, trucks, engineering plant and any surface requires spray painting by the supervisor and management.

· Attach livery decals on vehicles surfaces.

· Support for operations such as items removal, installation, fabrication and repairs.

· Attend to ad hoc job by management.

· Responsible for personal safety and work in a safe manner in workplace.

Qualifications and Work Experience

· Experienced in surface preparations and paint preparations (mixing and thinning).

· Technical institute in Automotive or equivalent.
