So, what will be your part in our Mission?
As a Senior Operations (Supply) Associate, you will be responsible for the recruitment and engagement of our Care Professionals (nurses, caregivers and therapists) and drive the Supply Strategy and Operations in the region while overseeing the care delivery process. This involves identifying the opportunities and addressing the challenges of growing the Homage CarePro pool in Singapore, working with the Supply Manager to drive business metrics and execute the Homage strategy on the ground. You should be a strong operator capable of independently running operations with a bias to action in driving new initiatives.
In this role, you will also serve as the voice and ambassador of our CarePros, working closely with the other operational teams to maintain top-notch quality care for our customers.

What will you do…
Your focus will be the recruitment and engagement of our Care Professionals, assisting in leading the team of associates to support and execute strategies to scale up Supply Operations:
- Assist in Managing the Supply Operations - recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention of Our Care Professionals. Aligning and working closely with other operational teams within Homage
- Plan, Support & Execute Local Strategy - to scale up operations in Singapore, collaborate with the core functions of Homage such as B2B Teams, Marketing, Product and Care Advisory (inside sales)
- Innovative Lead Generation - Proactively identifying and managing lead generation and onboard new CarePros that cater to Homage’s business needs
Skills & Experience you will need…
- 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally in start-ups, operations, recruitment or community engagement
- Fluent in English; fluency in Mandarin and Hokkien is a bonus
- Self-motivated, proactive, hands on and able to work autonomously
- Demonstrable track record in operations with ability to multitask effectively and adapt quickly to a fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- An undeniably positive attitude, extreme dedication, and ability to act as a role model to Homage and its values
- Past experience in leading a team
- Prior experience in data analysis will be a major plus
- Understanding of the healthcare industry with a passion for caregiving is a major plus
