The Shift Leader plays a vital role in the store team by overseeing daily operations during their shift. Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ work experience in the service industry, with at least 1 year in a similar supervisory role.
• Passion for the F&B industry with proven experience in delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Proven experience in leading, managing, and coaching teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated abilities in multitasking and managing change in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to engage in shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
