The Executive provides operational support for the Radio's traffic news thru insertion by managing the Zetta playlist. Job Responsibilities:

1. Managed the operations and sales of cross-border e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
2. Develop sales plans, analyze data, and optimize operational strategies.
3. Plan marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and conversion rates.
4. Handle product selection, pricing, and inventory management while monitoring market trends.
5. Improve customer satisfaction, optimize user experience, and address customer feedback.
6. Build and manage the operations team, organize training, and enhance team capabilities.
7. Coordinate resources across product, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce operations.
2. Familiarity with platform rules and strong skills in data analysis and market insights.
3. Proficiency in English, with multilingual skills preferred.
4. Ability to work under pressure, with strong team management and communication skills.
5. Willingness to travel frequently to Singapore and Vietnam, with English proficiency required.

Requirements:

• Working Hours: 12 hours daily (2 break)
• Working day: 6 days weekly
• Must have valid Class 4 and/ or Class 5 Driving licence with good traffic record
• Familiar with Singapore roads and navigate with maps

Job Scope:

• Perform driving duties to and/or in clients’ place and/or across Singapore
• Plan route effectively to ensure safest route for assigned duties/ tasks
• Maintain, upkeep and cleanliness of the truck daily
• Ensure that the truck is well maintained and meet all safety requirements
