Job Description:

• We are creative agency for some of the biggest entertainment, consumer and electronics companies in the world

• Create marketing materials from conceptualisation to design for print, large-format, eDMs, web banners and social media.

• Prepare final artwork and liaising with vendors, printers, etc.

• Reporting to the Creative Head, to work collaboratively with the in-house Account Servicing Manager as well as Client Marketing & Communications Department.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Visual Communication or equivalent.

• Experience in concept development, design and final artwork preparation

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

• Proficient in Sketchup is preferred but not essential

• Excellent time management skills

• Attention to details

• Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, construction documentation, specifications and detailing

• Developing plans and detailed drawings of interior spaces specifying materials, finishes, lighting, furnishing and equipment

• Compiling information regarding design, specifications, materials, colors, equipment, estimated costs and construction time

• Produce full color plan and perspectives, material sample as well as mood boards relating to design for presentation

• Liaising with suppliers and contractors to effectively carry out concepts to fruition

• To provide accurate details and working drawings and high standard, quality and exquisite design solutions for Clients

• Taking responsibility for producing working drawings, contractor briefings and supervision (where appropriate)

• Amend, revise and update drawings as commented by clients and ensure the necessary documentation of the process is adhered to

• Supporting and working with Sales, Projects and Designers, internally and externally as appropriate

• Other design related duties as required

Job Description

-Have experience in interior design for commercial project (Fit-out/A&A Work).

-Able to produce concept design, space planning, presentation slides, construction drawings and as-built drawings in accordance to project requirements.

-Adept in Sketchup / 3D software (AutoCad, VRay, Photoshop & etc.) proposing of materials (moodboards) and harmoniously combine different materials / textures.

- Able to multi-task as an individual and work as a team in dynamic and positive environment

-Good communication, self-motivated, teamwork, interpersonal and presentation skill.

-Familiar with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint

-Relevant Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design

* 5 working days (9am-5:30pm)

* Able to start work immediately.

Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month

• Design and content creation – campaigns, product packaging, collaterals, marketing communication works such as website, emailer, social media, public relations.
• Copywriting for accompanying designs and marketing communication works.
• Project management for campaign and product launches.
• Reports for marketing communication works –Website, emailer, social media.
• Communication with vendors and suppliers for printing and procurement supporting conceptualization works.

Skills Required

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Indesign, Lightroom.
• Knowledge of graphic design and print.
• Copywritin.
• Photography and Videography (Basic).
• Office 365.
• Language: Strong command of English.
• Working hours:10am - 7pm Monday - Friday

About the Role and Company

The role will be involved in works for FLO Aroma, an aromatherapy brand under the registered parent company. Works involved spans across mainly digital but also offline. Thus, allowing the role to be involved hands-on in a diversity of work.
