Responsibilities

- To solution, design, develop, implement and support ServiceNow tools

- Understand Operation business needs and translate into technical requirement

- Advise on tools technology adoption based on business & technical consideration. Propose integration strategies for the various technology components to achieve a holistic solution.

- To design, develop, configure, test, implement, support and maintain ServiceNow solutions.

- To support post implementation tasks including, troubleshooting, administration, patching and upgrades

- To work with stakeholders and recommend best practices in areas such as IT service management (ITSM) process and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) process.

Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

- Proven track record of successful project/product implementation with minimal 10 years of software development experience

- Minimal of 6 years experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a development and administrative role.

- Solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) process and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) process.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, etc).

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services (REST, SOAP) and other integration methods.

- ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.

Your duties:

Work closely with the Design team to develop architectural design from schematics to detailed design and pre-construction documentation;

Coordinate with client team, project manager, construction manager and others to develop design deliverables and construction documents;

Review and manage design deliverables;

Responsible for coordination and quality control of design and construction documents;

Monitor and mentor junior architectural staff.

Your skill set:

Minimum 6 years post-graduate working experience in an international architecture office;

Professional degree (Master’s) in Architecture;

Several years of professional experience with complex and demanding projects;

Strong design skills and sound construction knowledge – illustrated in a comprehensive portfolio;

Experience working on BIM/ Revit projects;

Computer skills should include REVIT, Rhino, Microstation, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Knowledge of Grasshopper/Dynamo is a plus;

Fluent in English / good knowledge of German is an advantage;

SCOPE OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop APOD’s online presence through internet and social media channels (Digital Marketing)
• Conduct research on interior design trends to propose and design high pressure laminate décor designs that meet market demands
• Design marketing collaterals including website graphics and social media artwork to reflect the brand's image and style

Key Responsibilities:

Website Flow, User Experience & Lead Generation:

• Design and optimize website flow to create seamless user journeys that enhance engagement and maximize conversions.
• Develop high-converting landing pages, incorporating lead capture forms, CTAs, and multimedia elements to support lead generation efforts.
• Use data-driven tools such as heat maps and Google Analytics to assess and improve user experience and lead generation.

WordPress Development & Management:

• Manage WordPress plugins: Install, configure, and troubleshoot a variety of WordPress plugins to ensure smooth website functionality and compatibility with existing systems.
• Website configuration: Set up and optimize cache plugins (e.g., WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache) to improve website performance, load times, and user experience.
• Server hosting and domain management: Oversee server hosting, DNS settings, and domain management (e.g., cPanel, Cloudflare), ensuring website performance, uptime, and security.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and hosting to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
• Security management: Implement WordPress security best practices, including managing backups, SSL certificates, firewalls, and security plugins.

Graphic Design & Branding:

• Lead the creation of visually compelling graphics, banners, and digital assets for the website and other digital platforms.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand’s identity, creating a cohesive and impactful visual presence across the website and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the marketing teams to ensure that all visual content supports the overall brand strategy and goals.

Landing Page Design & Optimization:

• Design and optimize landing pages for conversion, using A/B testing and performance data to continuously improve results.
• Ensure that all landing pages are strategically designed to convert visitors into leads while maintaining a strong visual appeal.

Wireframing & Prototyping:

• Create wireframes and prototypes for new web designs, with a focus on user flow, lead generation, and branding alignment.
• Present design concepts and integrate feedback to ensure that website designs meet business and branding goals.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

• Continuously monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including bounce rates and conversion rates, to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement optimization strategies based on data insights to increase lead generation and ensure website performance aligns with branding and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in WordPress development, graphic design, and branding, with a focus on creating high-converting websites and landing pages.
• Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and the ability to create cohesive, visually appealing designs that align with brand identity.
• Expertise in landing page development and conversion rate optimization (CRO), with a focus on lead generation.
• Solid understanding of DNS management, server hosting, and website performance optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, heat maps, and A/B testing to track and improve user behavior and conversion rates.
