• Assist on BIM execution plan
• Creation of 3D model content/model using specified design tools
• Integrating various engineering design software with BIM modelling software
• Proficient in generative design using BIM or other engineering software
• Work Coordination with teams of other disciplinary as well as mentor junior staff
• Any assigned ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Competent in REVIT or BIM
• Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team.

Job description:

· Able to drawing facade shop drawings and design sketches.

· Check structural drawings and architectural drawings for any design concerns or discrepancies.

· Attend necessary design meetings to resolve design issues and present design proposal, and write meeting minutes.

· Coordinate with Client, Main Contractor, Architect and Consultants for design & technical concerns.

· Raise RFIs for any design / technical concerns / issues

· Provide technical advice to team

· Submit shop drawings and follow up the approval.

· Monitor the shop drawing and approval schedule.

· Monitor the design changes or additional scope of work.

· Support the project team for any site issues when necessary.

· Report to Design Manager or Team Leader

. Experienced in preparing fabrication drawings.

. Prepare and submit material samples and follow up until approval.

. Able to speak Mandarin to liase with design team in Hong Kong and China.

Requirement:

· Min. 7 years Facade Design experience.

· Familiar with Curtain Wall System.

· Proficient in Autocad software and generally use Revit, Microsoft office / excel.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Able to perform task under pressure and totally committed to follow through the tasks given within tight schedules

· Good problem solving and communication skills

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or in a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, video production, and photography
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation for digital marketing
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition principles
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is an added advantage
• Knowledge of 3D design and animation software is a plus
