The Role:

We are looking for an in-house jewellery designer. You will be working directly with the customers and to create bespoke designs. This role is multi-faceted and you would be also operating as a sales executive when clients are in the boutique. When you are with clients, you are expected to provide them with product knowledge and effectively sell both the brand and product. You will be required to share brand history, product knowledge and the highest level of customer service with all potential customers. As a designer, you need to be able to discuss a range of design options and formulate creative original ideas. Responsibilities

- The Sales Consultant will take and respond to customer and client enquiries both online and offline, and ensure follow up.

- The Sales Consultant will pursue leads and follow up

- The Sales Consultant advises on product selection, and manages the entire sales cycle

- The Sales Consultant may also assist with invoicing, diary keeping, administration and paperwork for the company.

- Need to be willing to work weekends

Skills & education-

- Ability to produce simple 3D visualisations either by hand or using SketchUp, or some other 3D software to be able to propose customised solutions to customers

- Possess at least relevant A Levels and ideally relevant Professional Certificate/NiTEC.

- Excellent organisation, communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent customer service skills. Good computer skills, MS Word, Excel etc.

- Good level of English written and verbal- Able to work independently, self motivated and proactive.
