Purpose of Role:

Develop a creative vision for the visual elements of projects and guiding a team of designers to deliver high quality creative output. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, initiates, develops and coordinates effective design solutions for all client materials at a senior level. Adds value to our business and our clients delivering graphic materials based on designs. Manage end-to-end creative initiative, guiding the creative/design team in the conception, design and execution of visual materials.

Key Responsibilities:

CREATIVE, DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Takes and leads in the development of creative briefs from concept to completion

• Mentors and nurture junior designers, developing the skills and talents of the creative team members and fosters a collaborative and innovative team environment

• Owns and execute growth and high-priority projects, ensuring they align with the client’s vision and objectives

• Prepares preliminary designs/sketches for concept/proposal and recommends modifications as appropriate

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Art, Design, Advertising or related field preferred

Job Description:

• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analyst and Stakeholders.
