What Will You Do?
This role entails collaborating with marketing and architectural teams to create striking designs and presentations that effectively communicate project concepts. The designer ensures visual consistency across marketing materials and prepares high- quality presentations for clients.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and organisational skills for effective team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Design and Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with marketing, architectural and interior design teams to create consistent, high-quality visual assets aligned with project and brand objectives.
Design visually compelling presentation materials to effectively communicate project concepts and firm capabilities to diverse stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal teams.
Produce marketing materials, proposals, and reports across digital and print media, ensuring they align with the firm’s visual identity.
Brand Consistency and Global Coordination:
Ensure consistency in the visual language and branding across all mediums and adapt designs to meet specific needs.
Project Management and Workflow:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Take initiative in identifying design solutions and opportunities for process improvement while maintaining strong collaboration with team members.
Innovation and Development:
Stay informed about industry trends, evolving technology standards, and competitor strategies to ensure the firm’s designs remain innovative and impactful.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an architectural, design, or creative industry.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
A strong portfolio that highlights a variety of graphic design projects, showcasing both print and digital media.
An eye for aesthetics and attention to detail in design and execution.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure brand and visual consistency.
Demonstrated awareness of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
