• Interpret all design codes and ensure effective performance of all piping activities
• Prepare and design all construction-related documents for the required supporting infrastructure
• To carry out material take off and preparation of materials for the project
• Prepare piping layouts, isometrics, support Drawings
• Analyze schedule and budgets and ensure quality of deliverables
• Ensure company's commitment and compliance to Safety, Quality & Environment
• Good understanding of systems and workflows related to piping discipline
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and production of all online and offline marketing, branding and communications materials.
• Conceptualise and produce all in-house creative deliverables including but not limited to PowerPoint presentation decks; cut sheets; brochures; project tender documents and submissions; infographics, digital assets, videos, photography and event materials, etc.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
• Ensure all graphics, designs and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Conceptualise and develop creative campaigns assets across digital and social media, in accordance with corporate guidelines, and in collaboration with Group Branding & Communications team.
• Work closely with analysts and economists, planners, business and product development team, market positioning and investment promotion teams, and engineers, to deliver compelling and impactful graphics and creative output for various audiences and markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, fine arts, and multi-media content production or related fields is a plus.
• At least two years of creative commercial design experience would be an advantage.
• A passion for design in all forms with a keen eye for aesthetics and details; a solid portfolio of illustrations or other graphic designs.
• Well-versed with design software and technologies such as Adobe CC: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office PowerPoint.
• Video production, video editing and drone experience will be highly beneficial.
• Strong and proven abilities in strategic and creative content creation.
• Well organised and tactful, with acute knowledge of creative design and multi-media production processes.
• Ability to take initiative, work methodically and autonomously, and meet challenging deadlines and client briefs.
• An open and highly collaborative mindset and approach.

• Capability to execute full set drawings for submission to customers and building management, among other things.
• Work coordination on-site with suppliers and customers.
• Obtaining quotations and samples from suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma in Interior Designing or equivalent
• Skills in Autocad, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, and shop drawing will be an advantage
• Prior interior designing experience in retail, commercial, and residential will be ideal

You'll produce intuitive experiences through the creation of efficient user flows, detailed wireframes, innovative pixel-perfect visual designs, and interactive prototypes while working alongside development teams and fellow product designers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Take the lead on implementation roadmap items
• Craft efficient user flows, thoughtful wireframes, and high-fidelity interaction designs
• Create detailed design specs with all manner of states considered, well-annotated and ready for handoff to our product development team
• Support your designs with animated, and sometimes, interactive prototypes when needed to demonstrate an interaction
• Serve as a working member of a swiftly moving cross-functional team
• Meet with the executive team regularly to discuss product and transform product insights into intuitive, user-friendly application features
• Conduct lightweight research of the competitive landscape and learn from user feedback

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in product design
• Demonstrable experience as a product designer in fully responsive web environments
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) related software
• Strong visual design acumen and attention to detail
• Passion for amazing product design and an appreciation for elegant user experiences
• A well-spoken, humble creator who can present ideas effectively
• Openness to team collaboration, and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
