Job Overview

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in the food industry, a mindset for continuous improvement and can adapt quickly in a startup environment to join our team in Singapore. This position will collaborate with our marketing and product teams to create compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, advertisements, banners, brochures and posters.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Design visually compelling graphics for marketing materials, social media, websites, emailers and other promotional materials.
• Print Design: Create brochures, flyers, banners, and other print materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Solving complex interaction problems, humanize product ideas and develop these into elegant application design.
• Own the end-to-end design process, in close partnership with product managers & engineers, to create/iterate on concepts through design exploration, ideation, user validation.
• Balance between the practicalities of user requirements and business needs.
• Align the execution of design with the rest of the product and design organization.

Job Description

• Support Sales/Marketing by producing creative artworks, graphical designs, presentations and other signage or display materials for clients to approve;
• Produce production drawings and specifications using AutoCad or other software applications;
• Conceptualise and produce artwork and generate 3D perspectives using 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator or other graphical applications; and
• Assist the Chief Design Officer and Chief Sales/Project Officer with all kinds of design proposals.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a good secondary education with relevant professional certification in creative arts, graphics design, interior design or architectural studies;
• Minimum of 2 years experience in creative arts, graphics design, product design or interior design;
• Candidates with industry experience in designing advertising displays, POP / POS standees, kiosks, signage and display systems will have an added advantage;
• Strong competency in using Adobe Design Suite applications, CorelDraw and/or other graphics design application software. Those with working knowledge of AutoCAD will have a further advantage;
• Good conceptualisation skills in product design, perspective drawings, design illustrations and samples board preparation; and

· From concepting to completion, you will work on a myriad of design projects including presentations, templates, mood boards, presentation visual identity, editorial layout, branding, product mock ups, marketing collateral, physical packaging, videos and materials for press and partners

· Collaborate with the Asia Marketing team and other creative team members to come up with design strategy, across different Consumer Products categories including Hair & Body Care, Home & Fabric Care
