• Understand homeowners' requirement and prepare for design proposal/mood board
• Drafting of 2D spatial plan layouts
• Prepare BC quotations
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors to address client's requirements
• Work with Project Manager to ensure full onsite project completion
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure the highest quality of onsite work deliveries
• Accompany client to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture selections when needed
• Coordinate with inhouse drafter and 3D team
• Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design or any design related with minimum 2 years of experience in HDB/Condo projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD would be a plus
• Space planning, Microsoft Excel and powerpoint
• Ability to demonstrate a basic knowledge of materials and their application.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese speaking associates.

• Conceptualize and design set & props for TV production in Studio and at outdoor location, in consultation with Art Director and/or Producers/Executive Producers
• Initiate visual concepts, layout plans, construction drawings, elevations, details and perspectives
• Direct staging contractors and vendors on set-up and striking of sets
• Coordinate all production requirements with suppliers and sponsors
• Maintain proper records of quotation and budget. Quotations from suppliers/contractors must be received before the start of work. Work within budget for programs & transport

Requirements:

• Diploma in Space & Interior Design, Environment & Architecture Design, Industrial Design or Fine Art
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of 3D modelling software (eg: Cinema 4D or 3D Studio Max) and/or CAD Design is essential
• Creative; sensitive to interior decoration, colour and design trend
• Fast, independent, have good communication skills
• Able to multitask and be prepared to make changes at short notice
• Able to source for the setting item within a short timeline
• Work at irregular working hours to meet the production schedule needs
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to liaise with mandarin-speaking associates
