Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of users.
• Lead Design Thinking workshops such as User Journey Mapping, “How Might We?” workshops and other user and client facing activities.
• Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Document and gather user requirement analysis for the design, definition, development, implementation and enhancement of new or existing IT projects/systems.
• Ensure that designs adhere to industry standards, notably the SGDS (Singapore Government Design Systems)

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design or computer science)

• Proven experience as a User Experience Designer with a focus on IT projects in the financial industry or with the Singapore Government. Understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements.

As our Product Designer, you will be taking over the responsibility for all design aspects of our products. In close collaboration with our Product Manager and Engineering Team, you will be involved in the product development process and build a killer user interface and experience that our customers love.
