• Creating preliminary cake designs, including drawings or other mockups for approval
• Maintain ISO 22000 /HACCP/HALAL records as required
• Supervise the Commies Chef

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working pastry/cakes in a catering company, bakery, cake shops or the like
• Good knowledge of various cakes, pastries, cookies, chocolates and other desserts
