• Review, align and develop fire sprinkler design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications & guidelines
• Prepare CAD drawings and Revit models for fire sprinkler construction, coordination and as-built purposes
• Monitor and update models/CAD drawings as per site conditions changes
• Ensure the models/drawings comply with specifications and company standards
• Ensure the proper indexing, filing, and storage of drawings
• Prepare documents and transmittal form for submissions
• Ensure construction documents, parameters and information are accurate for BIM modeling
• Ensure documents, models and CAD drawings comply with all site regulations and Singapore Laws and follow strictly our company policy and instructions from your superior or client
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirement

• ITE / Diploma, preferred mechanical relevant
• 2 years of relevant working experience in building construction.
• Modelling/designing/drafting for mechanical/piping, fire sprinklers knowledge and experiences will be an added advantage.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, self-disciplined and team player.
• Willing to work and take measurement at site.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the conceptualization, and proposal of interior fit out product designs.
• Conduct research on design trends and offerings of competitors to build market knowledge and proper segmentation.
• Manage interior fit out design projects, from design conceptualization and iterations to digital fabrication and prototyping.
• Using Pytha, Art- CAM, Jdpaint, Solidworks, Rhino, AutoCAD software to refine designs and create virtual models of products.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (Fabrication, Design) to evaluate product prototypes in order to determine product design feasibility studies and manufacturing aspects.
• Responsible for setting up, tool selection, operating multi-axis CNC machines, Fiber Laser Machining and inputting the programs as designed.

• Diploma or Degree in Industrial Design/Interior Design or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related working experience.
• Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suites such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Rhino Software, Solidworks, Pytha, Art- CAM, Jdpaint, Solidworks, Rhino, AutoCAD.
• Relevant working experience.
• High level of creativity.
• Organised and detail-oriented.

Job scope:

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
• Understand clients requirements, present design concepts to obtain buy-in, accommodate feedback and make revisions as necessary to meet clients expectations
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and budget
• Design and produce graphics, signages, and marketing collaterals for events and exhibitions complying to Client’s branding guides

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional certification in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in 3D modelling and rendering for events, interior design, or exhibitions (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in 3D software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
