KPI: Deliver projects that in total will achieve at least $0.5 million in estimated savings to the business. All projects are delivered on time, and below budget. Defects after go live (1st month) should not have more than 5 hours spent on defect resolution. All project satisfaction score by stakeholders should be “very high”.

Team Management: Establish a truly global team that work seamlessly across geographical locations. Maintain high employee satisfaction and low attrition rate.
