Job Overview:
We seek a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, a passion for visual storytelling, and expertise in creating impactful designs across multiple platforms. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our brand and projects to life through innovative and visually stunning designs.
Roles & Responsibilities
2D/3D Visuals: Conceptualize and develop compelling illustrations and visuals to populate our blog posts, websites, and other channels.
Media Design: Conceptualize, design, and animate assets as part of the marketing plan. This includes icons, social media graphics, GIFs, and infographics.
Motion Graphics: Design and produce engaging motion graphics and edit high-quality videos.
Brand Identity: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity across all owned channels.
Product Development: Provide resources for landing pages and microsites while considering good UX/UI & brand identity practices.
Brand Management: Create and manage all brand collateral, including logos, presentations, and pitch decks for internal and external reference.
Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas.
Feedback and Iteration: Accept feedback gracefully and iteratively refine designs to meet project requirements and end-result expectations.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to support the Marketing and Developer team.

Creativity: A strong ability to think creatively and deliver fresh, visually appealing, and up-to-date design concepts.
Graphic Design Expertise: A deep understanding of design principles and proficiency in graphic design software & tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software.
Motion Graphics: Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software.
Digital Proficiency: Experience in designing digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and understand project requirements.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all materials delivered.
Time Management: Excellent time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Problem-Solving: The ability to identify design challenges and develop/deliver creative solutions.
Standout Skills:
Prior experience with UX/UI principles and good practices.
A strong track record of communicating ideas through exciting and engaging texts, demonstrating the ability to craft persuasive and engaging copy that resonates with the target audience.
Experience in crowdfunding projects will be a plus.
Requirements:
Area Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in media design, digital/web design, or illustration role positions.
Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating your design skills and technical abilities in digital visual communication, showcasing various projects and design styles.
