• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects.
• Preferred experience in designing for government or public service projects.
• In-depth understanding of Singaporean culture and lifestyle.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proven experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and justify design decisions.
