Domain Ownership: Responsible for the overall strategy of Financial Systems (SAP and non-SAP) in the Singtel group (Singtel/NCS/Optus). Project Ownership: Deliver projects with clearly defined and measurable benefits to the business. Deliver projects on time, in scope, and below budget.
KPI: Deliver projects that in total will achieve at least $0.5 million in estimated savings to the business. All projects are delivered on time, and below budget. Defects after go live (1st month) should not have more than 5 hours spent on defect resolution. All project satisfaction score by stakeholders should be “very high”.

Team Management: Establish a truly global team that work seamlessly across geographical locations. Maintain high employee satisfaction and low attrition rate.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Graphic Designer, Social & Content Executive, is a key support position, based out of the Mandala Club premises in Singapore, and responsible for creative output, assisting with the coverage of events, marketing and internal communications initiatives aimed at the Mandala Club membership community.
