B. Role

We are looking for a multi-disciplinary Creative Designer to join The bank Consumer Banking Group’s in-house creative team. You will bring your keen eye for visual aesthetics to help create effective marketing campaigns for both our Retail and Wealth Banking segments. C. Responsibilities

1. You will work independently or with an in-house copywriter to creatively solve communication and design challenges.
2. You will flex your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to translate creative concepts into impactful visuals across owned and paid channels through data storytelling, motion graphics, videos/storyboarding, wireframing, etc.
3. In addition to origination work, you will be tasked to adapt, iterate, and optimise creative assets for our websites, eDMs, branch collaterals, digital banners, social channels, etc.

You will be responsible for creating engaging and educational content that will support our customers, from administrators and end-users to developers and IT architects. Acting as owner for all product documentation in your area, your core responsibility will be to document product and implementation training courses and keep pace with our rapid software development lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive and engaging training content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts SMEs to gather information and ensure the accuracy of training content.
• Develop comprehensive training programs that cover product features, best practices, and implementation strategies.
• Write clear, instructional content tailored to diverse audiences, including administrators, developers, and end-users.
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, games and so on).
• Learn and deepen your knowledge of NextLabs products and integrated third-party products.
• Manage the lifecycle of training projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with product updates and releases.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in developing instructional materials for enterprise software applications.
• Ability to write clear, succinct and accurate documentation, including conceptual information and procedural instructions for administrators, developers and end-users.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with globally dispersed teams.

Desired Skills

The role

You will have a front row seat in impacting women across the globe through our design. You will be responsible for managing the creation for all Love, Bonito’s collections, seeing the collections through from initial researching, sketching and tech packs to the finished product. • Actively participate in fit sessions, working with live models and giving comments to suggest fit changes

Project Management

• Plan project timelines according to production and development days
• Track and monitor relevant product development calendars
• Maintain an organized archive of all tech packs and fit samples
  

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

• 1-2 years industry experience in a Fashion Design / Technical Design role
• International, overseas experience is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• An impressive portfolio which demonstrates creative, thoughtful design through a variety of projects
