Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients at their locations to understand their needs and gather necessary information for the project.
• Prepare and present accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements and measurements.
• Measure spaces accurately to ensure that orders align with client specifications and project requirements.
• Engage with customers to introduce products and solutions, close sales deals, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Advise clients on product selections and solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with the operations and procurement teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
• Work closely with the interior design team to provide tailored solutions to customers.

Requirements:

• Lead the collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering, to define advanced functionality and feature requirements for cutting-edge user interfaces (UI) in our game products.
• Drive the end-to-end UI design process, from initial conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring alignment with product vision and strategic objectives.
• Architect and deliver polished, high-performance UI solutions that set industry benchmarks and elevate the overall player experience.
• Act as a key advocate for user-centric design principles, consistently pushing for innovative and intuitive solutions through rigorous iteration.
• Identify and mitigate complex production risks early, leveraging a data-driven approach to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and present comprehensive, industry-standard documentation that articulates the rationale behind design decisions, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering teams to pioneer and implement advanced UI systems within game engines, maintaining the highest standards of quality and technical feasibility.
• Preferred: A proven track record in the mobile gaming industry, with a portfolio showcasing sophisticated UI designs for high-profile, commercially successful titles.
• Language Requirement: Strong Mandarin communication skills are essential, as internal team communication is predominantly conducted in Mandarin.

Skills:

• Exceptional design sensibilities with an acute understanding of composition, visual clarity, and user engagement in gaming contexts.
• Mastery of industry-standard prototyping and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) to translate complex ideas into actionable solutions.
• Advanced technical skills, including hands-on experience with implementing UI in modern game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor team members and drive collaborative success in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth expertise in user interface patterns, interaction design, and the ability to craft solutions that cater to diverse gaming audiences.

• Demonstrable knowledge of platform-specific UI conventions and challenges, with a focus on delivering optimized designs for mobile and console platforms.

· 3 years of experience in designing landed properties/houses in Singapore. Strong in Architecture, concepts & space planning

· Knowledge of URA guidelines

· Knowledge of Interior and Landscape design will be an advantage

· Knowledge in design development set of detail drawings

· Knowledge in the selection of colors & materials

Roles & Responsibilities

• Champion excellence in architectural design.
• Contribute to the business development and work-winning of the studio.
• Lead other local and international multi-disciplinary professionals to execute and deliver design-coordinated projects.
• Lead and work closely with the design team to realise architectural designs at the highest level of design rigor and quality.
• Plan and implement workflow processes to achieve optimised and efficient workflow within the studio.
• Initiate, research and develop project briefs with clients.
• Research and develop solutions to architectural problems using sketches, working models, and presentation models.
• Taking architectural design schemes from concept, planning, through to completion, coordinate relevant information with consultants and contractors; and produce full sets of working drawings on commercial and public sector schemes.
• Lead and prepare design reports and drawing packages for Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detail Design, and Tender Documentation.
• Lead the integration of technical information and statutory requirements into design and production of drawings, including the preparation of drawings for planning and building control approval, tender and construction purposes.
• Lead and produce the preparation of specifications and written contract documentation.
• Attend design and site meetings with the project architect, and making notes where appropriate.
• Take schemes from planning through to completion, coordinating relevant information, dealing with contractors, and producing full sets of working drawings on commercial and public sector schemes.
• Produce photo-real 3D Visual images.

Job Requirements

• Have good leadership and management skills.
• Minimum of 9 years of work experience in Singapore and/or overseas, preferably on large-scale mixed-use projects.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and have a passion and enthusiasm for architecture, urban planning, and design, accompanied with a willingness to learn, inspire others, and innovate.
• Have a positive working attitude, proactive, conscientious, and attention to detail.
• Have a recognised professional degree in Architecture.
• Good organisational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills.
• Competency in spoken and written English.
• Have proficient presentation skills in Adobe Creative Suite software - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Powerpoint.
• Have proficient 2D drafting skills in AutoCAD/ MicroStation.
• Have excellent 3D modelling and rendering skills in Sketch-up, Revit, Rhino, 3D Max and V-ray.
• Be proficient in BIM - able to lead and coordinate any work related to it.
• Have registration with the Board of Architects Singapore, or equivalent overseas registration is a plus.
• Having additional accreditations, such as, Green Mark Professional, Universal Design Assessor, Integrated Digital Delivery, LEED professional, WELL professional, and ABC Waters professional is a plus.
• Having additional complimentary qualifications, such as in, Urban Planning/ Design, Interior Design, Lightning Design, Landscape Design, Project Management, and Construction Management, is a plus.
• Having design and project experience in mission critical buildings, such as, data centres, high-technology logistics and manufacturing facilities, and airports, is a plus.
• Fluency in other languages such as Japanese, Vietnamese and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Have excellent 3D modelling and rendering skills in Twin Motion and Grasshopper is a plus.
